EEH Workshop for Infineon Raceway Employees
December 1, 2009, 8:00pm - 9:30pm, Infineon Raceway Drivers Lounge at Highways 37 and 121, Sonoma, CA
(Sonoma, CA) Homebuyer education and assistance workshop to help workforce families buy affordable homes near their workplace.
Through its innovative trademarked initiative, Employers Empowering Homeownership, NFH is carrying out its non-profit mission in the North Bay community...offering information and direct assistance to help workforce families achieve the substantial benefits of homeownership closer to their workplace.
NFH reaches workforce families is through alliances with employers in the North Bay region of San Francisco. The EEH Workshop program is complimentary, builds and strengthens the relationship between employer and employee and provides tangible, practical benefits for both. By providing basic information, presenting loan payment examples and explaining the home buying process, NFH assists in overcoming the fears, myths and misinformation that all too often keep workforce families from realizing the benefits of homeownership.
The Employers Empowering Homeownership Program offers four basic homeownership services: Education, One-on-One interviews, Pre-Qualification and Buyer Assistance. NFH’s informational programs and related services are designed to enable and equip prospective homebuyers with: a) the information they need to understand the process, b) assurance that they can qualify and c) advocacy representation during the purchase process.
