Free Homebuyer Workshop

MapNFH is presenting a homebuyer workshop on March 1, 2011 at 6 - 7:30 pm. This workshop will educate buyers on how to successfully purchase a home in today's market, including how to buy distressed property such as a bank owned home in need of major renovation. Kathleen Freitag of Frank Howard Allen Realtors will guide buyers through the process how to successfully purchase an REO or short sale.
This workshop is free to the public. Interested homebuyers will be given all the tools necessary to compete in today's marketplace. NFH will advise buyers on the best mortgage products available in the market today. NFH will discuss how a buyer can receive and use just 1 loan to purchase and rehab a home that needs TLC to make it more livable. A home renovation loan (or 203K loan) can be used to acquire a foreclosure or bank-owned home an turn it into a dream house. NFH believes in the concept of "IT TAKES A TEAM". NFH will provide resources to interested homebuyers on how to qualify for a mortgage, how to understand and improve your credit scores and how to make a persuasive offer on the home of your dreams.
