HOME BUYER EDUCATION WORKSHOP
Saturday: September 17th - 9:00 am to 3:30 pm
Plenty of Parking. Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be served!
Attendees will receive a HUD Homebuyer Certificate
If you are serious about Homeownership, don’t fall behind or miss your chance because you do not have your REQUIRED Home Buyer Education Certificate. Attending our Workshop will assure that your Certificate will be ready and available when your Homeownership opportunity comes along. And, our workshop will help you prepare for Homeownership with important topics like Buying vs. Renting; Loan Process; Credit Requirements; PreApprovals vs. PreQuals; Escrow, Title and Closing; and Affordable Programs. The presentation will also include introduction to the Northbay Family Homes “ IT TAKES A TEAM” Homeownership Program to organize the process and help make your home search successful!
