Pamela has 22 years of experience in real estate development, as well as land use and planning experience. She received her J.D. in 1987 from Santa Clara University School of Law with an emphasis in public interest law and real estate transactions.  She has in-depth experience in real estate and development transactional work.  Prior to joining SALT she worked as an attorney for Spaulding, McCullough & Tansil, LLP in Santa Rosa, CA, as a consultant to Resource Land Partners, Inc. in Greenbrae, CA, and as in-house counsel for the Trust for Public Land, in San Francisco.  Pamela serves as a volunteer advisory committee member for the City of Petaluma on real estate development proposals. Pamela is a sought-after consultant because of her broad expertise in real estate development.
