Northbay Family Homes, a North Bay nonprofit housing developer that has built over 4,000 homes for nearly 10,000 residents over the past four decades, is winding down operations.

After more than four decades of developing affordable housing projects in Marin County, including the property at Hamilton Field, Northbay Family Homes (NFH) will be ending its operations in 2021.
