NFH mixed-use projects included the following:

  A pending project of 128 affordable apartments located on the 25-acre Buck Campus Housing Site in Novato, California.
• Emeryville Lofts Emeryville, CA, 1999
  Innovative one-block residential neighborhood covers a wide range of incomes and has become a community of homeowners and businesses.
